MAYTECH panels were used in an energy-saving project involving the modification of an Air Handling Unit (AHU), demonstrating a practical alternative to conventional sheet metal structures.

As part of our commitment to promoting efficient and cost-effective solutions, MAYTECH proposed the use of its panel system to replace traditional sheet metal in AHU modifications. Our panels offer comparable structural strength, better thermal insulation, and cost advantages, making them an ideal choice for energy-efficient applications.

In this project, MAYTECH panels were custom-fabricated to support an EC blower, featuring cut-outs, edge detailing, and the integration of reinforcement bars to ensure structural stability. This application showcases the versatility and adaptability of our panel systems beyond conventional cleanroom and partition use.
